Glenn Madere is Of Counsel to Sperduto Thompson and Editor and President of Readable Press,
a publisher of innovative, reader-friendly tax publications serving the legal, accounting and academic communities. Before launching Readable Press, he held several positions at the LCOR/Linpro group of companies in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, including Senior Vice President Investment Services, Trustee of the Brandywine Realty Trust, Tax Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and General Counsel of LCOR, Incorporated. Early in his career he worked at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in Dallas and Evans, Manpearl & Harter in Los Angeles. He also served in United States Army Judge Advocate Generals Corps.
Glenn is a former Vice-Chair of the Tax Policy Advisory Committee of the Real Estate Roundtable in Washington, D.C. and his articles have been published in The State and Local Tax Lawyer, Tax Executive, The Journal of Taxation, and Texas International Law Journal. One of his articles was cited by the United States Supreme Court in Container Corporation of America v. Franchise Tax Board, 463 U.S. 159 (1983).
Glenn holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas, and a B.S.F.S. cum laude in International Affairs from Georgetown University. He is admitted to the California Bar.
Glenn is not admitted to the District of Columbia Bar. He has applied for admission and works under the direct supervision of attorneys admitted in D.C.
